As Grub Street reported earlier, DragonBar in North Beach (473 Broadway) is closed and the owners have now redirected their website to their other bar Kozy Kar on Polk Street. And today a liquor license has come through for a new club called Monroe at that very Broadway address, from owners Matt Arvin and a partner named Nader. Thus far this is still all we know.
