As we noted yesterday, Spire has just softly opened for lunch only at 685 Third Street, but prospects for the place as an after-work and dinner destination look good with a menu from chef Laird Boles (formerly of Waterbar), and a slick new interior. You'll have to wait for their liquor license to come through for any evening fun in the upstairs bar, but take a virtual walk through the downstairs space via our slideshow.
