Prospect, the new restaurant from the Boulevard team, opens to the public at long last tomorrow. Executive chef Ravi Kapur's opening menu has been well tested and edited, and as partners Nancy Oakes and Pamela Mazzola told us a few weeks back, the idea was to do something more modern and "leaner" than the more traditionally California-French fare at Boulevard.
