Sumi Sushi (4243 18th Street), formerly more of a fusion joint in the Castro called Ma Tante Sumi, appears to be changing hands. Grub Street learns today that it will soon be called Takara Sushi under the ownership of Trevor Lee, Eric Cheung, and William Chan. [Grub Street]
