Via the rumor-mongering twitterations of some unknown quantity who sounds like a knowlegable industry person, Grub Street is hearing that Michael Mina’s eponymous spot in the St. Francis is destined to go the way of his Las Vegas venture, Stripsteak, and become less fine-dining and more high-roller carnivore. )Or perhaps it will be more along the lines of Miami’s Bourbon Steak.)
