Well, we were right about the L.A. folks being long shots, and we we did say that a win for Kinch would be no surprise, but we kind of biffed it on this one. Congratulations to David Kinch at Los Gatos’ Manresa for taking home the 2010 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Pacific.
