This wasn't quite as cringe-worthy as her bit on Bill Maher a couple weeks back, but she seems a little loopy as she presumes that everyone should memorize the book so they can stop looking at recipes. And is it just us, or does this feel like the tense, cautiously polite meeting of two dignitaries, where any perceived slight or misunderstanding could result in an arms race? The other two chefs at the table, Bryant Terry and Scott Peacock, like Switzerland and Canada, just smile and nod.
