Grub Street broke the news a bit ago about Berkeley-based blogger Allison Arevalo's mac-and-cheese restaurant called Little Mac. She now reports on Local Lemons that, after some negotiations on the hot Oakland corner of Broadway and West Grand fell through, she and her husband and partners have purchased a commercial space at 400 40th Street.
