Chile Pies & Ice Cream, the offshoot of recently expanded Green Chile Kitchen that takes over GCK's original space at Fulton and Baker, opened yesterday. As noted earlier, the new dessert-focused shop offers ice cream, fruit pies (including an apple and green chile pie) and one classic New Mexican savory item: Frito pie.
