Cybar For Sale, Papito Comes to Potrero, and More

Photo: via Google Street View

Sunset: Cybar, at Judah and 29th Avenue, is dunzo and on the market. Know any takers? [Restaurant Realty]
Marina: Sports bar Monaghan’s appears to be moving a few doors down to the shuttered C.C.’s Pierce Street Manor space, which is ironic considering some neighbhorhood Yelper’s had taken to calling C.C.’s “Not-Monaghan’s.” The bar won’t answer the phone for comment. [Grub Street]

Potrero Hill: It looks like Maktub Group’s (Chez Papa, Pizza Nostra) taqueria project Papito is moving forward after all, despite the Lingba deal falling through. They’re moving into the former Delirious shoe store space at 317 Connecticut. Insert loafer-and-lengua joke here. [Grub Street]
Mission: File this under “Developing”: Someplace called The Sycamore that shares an address with Café Prague has just filed a liquor license app. Is it a bar? Is it just Café Prague? Unclear. More on this later. [Grub Street]
