Eats, the breakfast and lunch eatery at 50 Clement Street, recently reopened under new management and with a fresh remodel. The new owner, Desmond Tan of Burma Superstar fame, is also bringing in a new menu starting Tuesday which includes a sausage sandwich with caramelized onions, melted fontina, and red bell peppers, as well as a grilled tuna melt with pepper jack and Ortega chiles. Eventually they’ll be adding a grass-fed burger, and a fresh roasted turkey sandwich, as soon as they find the best local purveyors for each.
