Wine Event Next Week Seeks to Educate Millennials

A wine tasting event next week at Crush Pad (the urban winery which, incidentally, is moving soon to Napa) aims to expose young wine drinkers of the Echo Boom generation to an international array of reds and whites — but all ages are welcome. The second annual Around the World in 80 Sips is hosted by BottleNotes, the oenofile concern that also hosts NOW’s Feminist Wine Club, and will feature wines from California, Europe, South America, and New Zealand as well as some lesser known outliers like Thailand’s Radee Winery. Tickets are $60 in advance, $75 at the door, but you can get $10 off online now if you use the discount code GRUB.
