If you're looking to gawk at Francis Ford Coppola scarfing some spaghetti carbonara, look no further than Mammarella's, the small deli/restaurant tucked inside an unassuming industrial park near the Napa County Airport. Why would a man who's already branded himself as more of a winemaker, entrepreneur, and sensualist than he is a filmmaker choose such an odd spot? Because, as the Napa Valley Register notes, it's walking distance from the headquarters of his company, Francis Ford Coppola Presents LLC, and Coppola was tired of eating at nearby Jonesy's and wanted a place to bring guests that cooked food like his grandmother—the restaurant's namesake.

BLTs are apparently the biggest sellers at this public commissary (see the full menu here), and it's been open since last summer for breakfast and lunch only. One diner on Chowhound calls it "surprisingly stylish and comfortable given that it's in an industrial park."

FYI, if you're in the area and hungry, Mammarella's posts their specials daily by 11 a.m. on their Facebook page.
