Bottega Throws a Birthday Bash With Truffles

Michael Chiarello is throwing his restaurant its first birthday party in the form of a white truffle dinner early next month. White truffle dinners aren’t special this time of year, but this one does mark a legitimate milestone. Bottega’s been kind of a smash hit its first year in existence. It got three stars from the Chronicle, a Michelin star, and a cookbook deal, plus Chiarello made it to the last round of Top Chef: Masters. You can bask in his success with a special five-course dinner from Dec. 7 through the 13. It’s $95 by itself and another $35 for the wine pairing. Check out the menu below.
