The Cafe Gratitude folks haven’t yet given an exact opening date for their vegan taqueria Gracias Madre, but they are offering a sneak preview of the food, selling vegan tamales at Cafe Gratitude. Gracias Madre has a liquor license and construction seems to be progressing, but so far all we know about the opening is that it’s due sometime in November. Stay tuned.
