After 15 years in the same location, first as Hawthorne Lane and now as Two, David Gingrass has decided to bail on Hawthorne Street. According to Eater, he had a 10-year lease with two five-year options, but decided to decline the second option. There’s no official closing date yet, but word is it will be before Christmas.
