The long-delayed Noeteca today finally got its last permit from the health department, removing the remaining obstacle to their opening, chef and partner Alex Kamprasert told Grub Street today. Now they just need to get down to the work of actually running a restaurant: Hiring and training staff, ordering food, and cooking. Kamprasert said they expect to start serving before the end of the month.
