It didn’t take long for Nate Appleman to start working on his next career move. The chef’s last day at A16 and SPQR was exactly one week ago and he’s already in New York with a one-way ticket, “taking meetings and exploring options,” he told Fork in the Road. Appleman wouldn’t detail his meetings, but did say that he’d be doing a guest stint at the Neapolitan pizza joint, Motorino. Appleman promises to post further career updates on his Twitter feed.
