Final Movable Feast To Feature Cosentino and Arenstam

The final Movable Feast fundraiser for CUESA is upon us, and tickets are still available for the August 5 dinner at Americano, with chefs Chris Cosentino (Incanto) and Paul Arenstam (Americano). If you’re unfamiliar with the series, the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture has been hosting fund-raising dinners since march, in which two notable chefs collaborate on a meal using produce from a featured farmer. This go-round, the vegetables will be supplied by Joel Schirmer’s Dirty Girl Produce. Tickets to the five-course meal go for $80 ($100 with wine), and can be bought here, and the menu can be seen below. Yes, it’s on the patio, but we’re assured there’s plenty of heat.
