Tonayense Appeals Hearing Postponed
For those of you following the ongoing scrape over the Tonayense truck near John O'Connell High School in the Mission, you'll remember there was supposed to be an appeal hearing tomorrow at which owner Benjamin Santana would plead his case for staying in his location. However, according to a source at the San Francisco Board of Appeals, the hearing has been postponed to March 11.
This should be good news to one Burrito Justice blog, whose writer will not be in town tomorrow, but who posted an item calling for citizens to show their support for Santana at the hearing. Now everybody should be able to schedule this in, and fuel up on those burritos in the meantime.
